Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

Rates and estimates for domestic shipments

Order shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders over €69 throughout Italy.

Local delivery

We offer free local delivery on orders over 69 EUR within [20km]. For smaller orders, we charge 5 EUR for local delivery. Delivery will be made within 3 working days of order acceptance. You will be contacted in advance on the telephone number you provided at check-out to let you know the day of delivery.

Pickup in store

You can avoid delivery charges with free local pickup at our designated location. Once you have placed your order and selected local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 working day. When the order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange collection.

 

International shipments

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Worldwide.

We do not currently ship to the following countries: None.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. La Truscia Srls is not responsible for these additional charges, which are instead your responsibility as a customer.

How can I check the status of an order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding delivery to PO Boxes . Please contact us in advance if you have this need.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for non-food items that are unused and in original condition and will refund the full order amount, less return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at support@email.com by submitting your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
