Caponata in oil

In Sicily we grew up eating caponata. To try at least once, excellent as a side dish or as an appetizer!

Ingredients: Aubergines 55%, Capers, Olives, Onions, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Sunflower oil, Vinegar. Average nutritional values per 100gr: Energy: 447kJ - 107Kcal, Proteins: 1g, Carbohydrates: 8.9g, Sodium: 0.49g.
