Almond drink

Dissolve a block of almonds in 1 liter of warm water
(800cc of water and 200cc of milk) or with cold water in the blender. Serve cold

Almond Granita

Dissolve a block of almonds in 1 liter of water and 200g of sugar, place in the freezer, stirring occasionally
meanwhile. Once frozen, serve.

To make almond ice cream

Dissolve the block of almonds in 1 liter of warm milk, in the meantime, mix 3 egg yolks with three tablespoons of sugar, slowly pour in the milk in which the block was dissolved and cook the cream for 10 minutes, allow to cool before placing in the ice cream maker or freezer.
