Wild Fennel Pate

Wild fennel is a herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously in the Sicilian countryside in spring. Very aromatic with a pungent and slightly pungent and spicy flavour. It is a must as a condiment in the legendary "Pasta with Sicilian sardines".

Ingredients: Wild fennel 80%, sunflower oil, raisins, pine nuts, oregano, salt, vinegar. Average Nutritional Values per 100 g.: Energy 852 KJ-203Kcal, Proteins 7.1 g., Carbohydrates 3.3 g., Sodium 0.69g., Fats 18.2 g. of which saturated fatty acids 0.02g.
