Our colombe are produced with careful attention to the dough and above all with the exclusive use of sourdough , specially produced with daily refreshments. The selection of the best raw materials is important such as: egg yolks from free-range hens , cream butter obtained by centrifugation from raw cow's milk, Italian flours and finally with citrus fruits from Paternò , an area of the "Piana di Catania" characteristic for the production of blood oranges and fragrant lemons and mandarins . Our doves contain no artificial colors or flavours , but only essential oils from juice extract. The dough rests for 36 hours.
